Major surgery on website

I've sorted the major part of our new structure for the website, the main part of which is combining all of the associated images and files into a single directory structure, and incorporated a number of improvements that have evolved on bitweaver over the last year. This incoporates the new shop package into which all of the products will now be merged, and hopefully we can then manage bother currency and shipping without the fiddling required currently to deal with Paypal's shoping basket. Sales will still be handled via Paypal, but hopefully all that will be required is to request the final amount from there.

In of the secondary facilities that this update provides is images of the PDF files so that you can see the documnets before opening them.
