Dongle for BIN6 protocol scales

The new readout bars from Arc Euro which have the mini-USB sockets are using BIN6 protocol, and this dongle allows us to convert the output from the bar to 24bit so the bars can be used with the DRO350. Because the bars use a 3V battery, but still only provide 1.5V signals on the connector, these scales can not be powered down the cable. They need to be fitted with a battery. Because of that we have been able to make these as inline modules, but the J8 link needs to be switched to 5V, or a separate 5V feed will be needed if other scales are still 1.5V. We will add a mini-USB to mini-DIN cable as well, allowing easy upgrading of old scales to the newer models.
