DRO550 Power Buy

Not sure why, but my email connection to the Shumatech list had been disabled, so I was not seeing the posts about the power buy. Scott has been indicating that he does not know what I want to do, which IS the current state of play. The bottom line is that since there is no margin to cover the handling costs, these would have to be added on top, but something of a bigger obsticle to adding the DRO550 to the product range of MEDW is the 'terms and conditions'. Since European consumer law is very strong in the area of 'unfair conditions', saying that the board comes with no warranty is not something that I think I can support. Further, I think that Paypal have their own rules and will quite happily refund monies in cases of dispute!

So my current position is that I may buy a board simply to have a look at it, but it is not something that I am in a position to provide the sort of support that I do for everything else on the MEDW site. You can still buy machined boxes and overlays, and I will make an extended cable set available, but for ongoing sales we will continue to provide and support the DRO350 and DPU550 which can be handled in smaller quantities at a resaonable price.
