BIN6 Dongle

BIN6 protocol to 24bit protocol convertor. This takes the output from the more modern digital readout bars fitted with USB sockets and converts them to drive the DRO350's 24bit protocol inputs.
The dongle needs a 5V supply, and provides 1.5V to drive the attached scale from the PCB scale socket. This is why there is a flying lead to bring the 5V supply to the dongle, so it can't be used external to the box like the otherdongles.
