You can rest assured that we take every possible precaution to protect any information that we may collect or receive from you. L.S.Caine Electronic Services will also endeavour to ensure that this information is used only as you request. You can browse the MEDW web site without providing any personal information. We simply ask for confirmtion that you are willing to allow simple cookies to assist site navigation.

Where clients contact us for what ever reason, on the whole it is via email, and all email history has up until now been retained, allowing historic interactions to be reviewed if necessary. While GDPR brings into question the justification for holding older information and will require that we delete all emails for a client if requested so to do, but then being able to provide ongoing support will be compromised. We do not share data with anybody, and do not even use contact information for any marketing activity. Additionally no third party storages services are used for storing the email archive, and access is only available in house so security of data is easier to maintain. However orders are taken via the Paypay payment gateway, and while they collect additional personal information, we only get the contact details necessary to complete an order. 

Unlike some businesses which have been spamming our email servers with GDPR based requests to 'remain connected' when we have never had any previous contact, we are going to follow our previous policy and not email out contact address book with such requests.
