The adapter consists of two main parts, a sleeve to wich the motor can bee mounted, and an oldham coupling to provide a backlash free connection between the motor shaft and the drive shaft of the rotary table.

Oldham Coupling

This is a huco part, with a 25mm outside diameter so that it fits neatly within the motor mount sleeve.
